$940,100
Located just off the Sabine River and surrounded by thousands of acres of contiguous timber, The Lost Creek Ranch is an expansive bottomland sanctuary teeming with wildlife that has been conserved in perpetuity through a conservation easement. This property is ideal for a recreational buyer with an appreciation for the diversity that deep East Texas can offer. This unique piece of the great state will offer a buyer true solitude, a place to explore, and endless hunting opportunities.
Resting above the property’s river bottoms is just over 61 upland acres boasting a diversity of softwood and hardwood timber species. This section of the property benefits from a system of roads, and several favorable locations already set up for deer and hog hunting. These uplands have been professionally managed through prescribed fire which has further benefitted wildlife value. Would also make an ideal place for a buyer to develop a headquarters which could include a living quarters and barn.
